Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every order with our 30-Day Happy Cat Guarantee. If your cat won't use the fountain, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number for a full refund. Items should be returned in usable condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
